Raiffeisenkasse Lana launches IRIS video service

RK Lana is the first Raiffeisenkasse in South Tyrol to launch our INES video service with the latest software from benova.

Innovative and quick to implement. Exactly 12 weeks after the fundamental decision to introduce the video service in initially 4 branches, the first customers were already able to use IRIS. Yes, that’s creativity: INES became IRIS. We have already received the order for the next locations. Another success story has begun. And RK Lana also wants to start using the mobile and web application in the near future. There are also plans to use the Benova video communication solution for video consultation and expert connection. There was a lot of laughter at the branch training sessions and the team at the Customer Service Center (Branch X) handled the surprising rush of customers with fun and a high level of professionalism. We are delighted to have this new customer as a reference.
