With this variant, our solution takes over all tasks as a full service through our software and service partner IP Systeme, from receipt of the documents to preparation and distribution of the documents to service providers or your recipients. The operating system is the ipsYdion PETRA application specially developed for EMIL by IP Systeme.
In the basic version PETRA S, the application collects all documents and mails them to a predefined recipient address. We recommend PETRA M, where you can already sort the documents individually and assign them to several recipients. The solution is a browser-based web application – no software installation is required on your premises .

The basic version already includes type correction and separation of payment transaction documents from normal documents, as well as sheet rotation, allocation and sequence positioning. Billing is based on the number of documents and without fixed costs. The contractual partner is IP Systeme GmbH & Co KG.
ipsYdion PETRA is the perfect solution for simple but very effective workflow control for all companies that have not yet installed digital mail distribution. The specialists at IP Systeme can provide advice on this. Of course, EMIL can also be docked onto most existing DMS systems.
With the outsourced operating service, IP Systeme takes over the ongoing monitoring of the EMIL installations and the update service. For a low monthly fee, you save yourself the need to tie up internal resources and undergo time-consuming technical training.
EMIL Neutral ScanClient
You already have service providers who handle your document processing or ensure preparation and distribution. Then the variant with a “neutral” ScanClient is suitable for you.
Here, the intelligent ScanClient EBK saves the document images as scan files on a pre-named file location.
Either locally on the device PC for standalone solutions (EBK.local) or in the network in the EBK.network version.
The document files can then be collected and processed from there by third-party service providers such as software companies or document processors. Operational service for monitoring and update service can either continue to be provided by our partner IP Systeme or by one of the existing third-party partners.

The EMIL e-letterbox “Stand” consists of a sheet steel chassis with front operation, door incl. security shackle lock and exchangeable large drop box for up to 1,500 documents.

EMIL wall installation
The EMIL e-letterbox “Wall” has been developed for space-saving installation as a wall opening in a secure rear room. Existing outlets from manual letter mail systems or self-service devices can often be used.
The device consists only of the technical upper part with frame front part for installation in wall openings. Documents are discharged freely in the room into a collection container provided. The room must be secured against unauthorized access. All technical functions are identical to the free-standing unit.
