Following the successful launch of RK Bruneck with its LuiS based on the INES video service from vidone, there are now several Raiffeisenkassen that want to take this step to expand their personal counter service. However, a key requirement here is the expansion of the video service to include classic online video advice and the expert connection in advice rooms. In addition, the video service is also to be expanded to include a multi-channel approach, i.e. customers should also be able to access the Customer Service Center via mobile devices and from their PC at home. Since all these requirements are met with the new Benova software – vidone’s technology partner – the data center (RIS) of the South Tyrolean Raiffeisen sector has decided to pilot the Benova communication platform as an integrated solution in the core banking system.
