First INES at Sparkasse in Augsburg

Since March 23, 2020, Stadtsparkasse Augsburg has been the first savings bank to use the INES personal video service from vidone in collaboration with NCR. The interactive electronic service makes it possible to continue to be present for customers on site and also offers them a unique standard of service.

This is because it is possible to have conversations like at a branch counter, but also other services such as setting up standing orders, blocking cards, returning direct debits, making appointments and much more. The customer is connected to a bank employee via a screen. It is intuitive to use and the customer does not have to do anything; the connection to the employee is already established when the customer triggers an invisible sensor when entering the booth. Furthermore, by opening an INES, it is possible to offer longer opening hours and, in times of Corona, all this without any risk for customers and employees.
