The idea: As a direct or online provider, you can offer your customers the benefits of a personal on-site service without needing your own infrastructure.
We are currently starting to set up service booths (MAXI ServiceBox) at attractive and easily accessible locations in Austria and hopefully soon in Germany too. We will make these available to service providers or online companies such as insurance companies, direct banks, brokers, public utilities, etc. as a contact point for customers and interested parties for personal customer service and advice.
All you need is a central unit (CustomerCenter) where your customer inquiries can be received and processed.
We upgrade selected workstations there to the MAXI Video service. These workstations must have free access to the Internet and you are already available for your customers.
You do not need your own hardware or to install any software. No rent, no additional personnel costs.
If you have not yet set up a central customer service center, we can offer you our specialist service provider for this.
