INES becomes multi-channel and multi-bank capable

Thanks to our collaboration with a new software partner - AimWay GmbH from Bad Hersfeld - our INES Video Service solution is now multi-channel capable. This means that personal customer service is not only possible for customers via the booths in branches, but also directly via mobile devices (smartphones) or a web link on the bank's homepage.

And all this without having to install or download an app or other software.

But the best is yet to come: the new solution is also multibank (multivendor) capable. This means that several partners – or genobank and savings bank – can share a service booth and customers can contact their respective bank or savings bank by simply clicking on the logo on the touchscreen. This was developed for the joint use of value-added partners, such as local authorities, electricity suppliers or insurance companies.
