The VR-Bank Südwestpfalz in the far west of Germany is also taking off with the INES video service system from vidone. The bank has opted for the Benova solution in order to be able to quickly implement multi-channel access via mobile and web. Thanks to the board of directors for their trust and to the project manager Mr. Schieler and building manager Mr. Maurer for their active support. The employees in the VR-Direkt team are highly motivated and the training sessions were great fun.
