It’s going from strength to strength in South Tyrol. Raiffeisenkasse Eisacktal in Brixen is the next bank to launch its video service. Here, INES has become ROSI and is already operating in 4 branches. One more is to follow. Due to the sometimes very difficult space situation and the new branch concept, it would have been very difficult to install our booths. RK Eisacktal therefore decided to convert existing discreet counters in individual branches for the installation of our INES.wall and in other places a cabin-like enclosure of the .wall was installed. This allowed us to adapt flexibly to any space situation, no matter how challenging, and once again we proved our worth: There is no situation where we cannot incorporate our video service. Of course, the branch employees and the staff in the ServiceCenter also received optimal training and instruction.
