With the INES video service, you can maintain a presence in the area and even offer your customers longer accessibility – at a significantly reduced cost.
INES booths or terminals can be installed at any location with electricity and an Internet connection without any conversion work. For example, in bank branches, at self-service locations, at train stations, at petrol stations, at production sites, in shopping centers or in municipal offices – the possible uses and applications are many and varied.

Banks, savings banks, local authorities, energy suppliers and industrial companies have already successfully tested or deployed our video service solutions in the DACH region.

Real-time video chat, document transfer and more.

INES transmits images and sound in real time between the service cabin and the location of the central service team. An additional high-resolution document camera can transmit customers’ receipts, IDs or cards for immediate order processing. Electronic signatures are used to complete service and consultation processes.

The system is easy and intuitive to use – for both customers and advisors. The customer enters the cabin and is immediately greeted by an employee or an avatar, without having to log in or start the technology. The customer receives personal, competent help from the employee without having to complete any technical operating steps.
The conversation can begin immediately.

The special software controls forwarding and waiting times so that one employee can work for several cabin locations at the same time – this creates efficiency.

Multichannel

In addition to the stationary application in branches, our software also offers seamless mobile and web access for customers – WITHOUT an app download.

Multibank - Multivendor

Multibank: Two banks use the booths together at one location and therefore share the costs.
This is made possible by the use of touchscreens in the booths. The customer selects their house bank and is connected to it with one click.

Multi-vendor: The inclusion of additional service providers from the banking association or external partners, such as local authorities, energy suppliers or insurance companies, makes the INES video service a regional local supplier with added value.

In your branch or wherever your customers are. Various models are available for different applications, space requirements or investment budgets.

Central: INES video workstation

In a central service unit (customer service center, direct service, etc.), workstations are set up or upgraded with our specially adapted technology for video consulting.

Cloud: INES Software Communication

Thanks to our cooperation with specialized IT companies, we can offer you our INES video service solution in different variants. What they all have in common is the uncomplicated browser-based application - and one of them can do even more!

INES Cabin or terminal

Our specially developed cabins with integrated video communication technology and an additional 14 MP camera for document transmission are all acoustically optimized and ergonomically designed to meet customer requirements.
There are different model variants(INES.cube, INES.square, INES.cell) which are suitable for any room size and location with different entrance sides.
All models offer the same scope of services.
The option of individual branding and color adaptations to your CI are of course available.
Custom-made products in terms of dimensions and materials are available on request.
With our booths, you save yourself the need for conversion work or additional investment to meet your customers’ discretionary requirements.

With our INES.term terminal you can equip free-standing information points and with our INES.wall you can easily convert existing rooms into video service booths or equip consultation rooms for video consultation and expert connection.

All cabins and terminals are designed by us and produced by our manufacturers in Austria and Germany in accordance with CE standards.
The designs are subject to property rights.
On-site assembly is carried out by the manufacturer directly or by our own teams.

As part of the quotation process, we will be happy to advise you on which models are best suited to your needs and support you with site selection and planning.

INES video workstation

The hardware required for the INES video workstation is specially adapted to the INES software used.
High-resolution video cameras and touchscreen PCs are supplied by us if required.
Existing technical elements such as headsets or signature tablets can of course continue to be used.
With our new software, it is even possible to work on existing PC workstations or laptops if the necessary port activations are carried out.

Of course, we are also happy to help you set up your workstations with special back walls or acoustic elements for video consultations.

INES Software

The heart of the system is the specially developed video conferencing and control software.
It creates the actual intelligence and connects the customers in the INES booths with the employees at the INES video workstations.

INES Video-Service from vidone is available on the market in several software versions.
Constant further development of the solutions and special requirements from different users have made this necessary.

Thanks to our partnership with innovative and well-known IT system houses, we can develop individual solutions quickly and flexibly and adapt them to our customers’ needs on an ongoing basis.
