INES conquered a new country on 18.9.2020. Raiffeisenkasse Bruneck in South Tyrol (Italy) launched LuiS – the local and interactive service – with a custom-designed solution for a new level of personal customer service. Over the next 24 months, all 11 branch locations will be equipped with the new LuiS service. We congratulate RK Bruneck on the successful launch and the extremely positive customer response.
