How does the customer recognize when a document has not been accepted?
EMIL has two illuminated signals directly above the import slot: a tick and a cross.
If the red cross lights up, the imported document could not be accepted.
Can EMIL e-Mailbox also be operated with our own service providers?
YES.
Due to the great demand from banks, savings banks and their service providers, vidone and its partners have further developed the EMIL e-Mailbox.
In addition to the proven holistic system solution with integrated document typing and distribution by our partner IP-Systeme, EMIL is now also available in a version with a neutral scan client.
This enables EMIL to make the receipts available for further processing by your existing service providers, provided that the respective software providers or ZV service providers want to take over and process the receipt scans from EMIL.
This version of EMIL can be used locally as a stand-alone device or integrated into an existing network.
Is the EMIL e-Mailbox also available for installation in a wall?
YES.
From February 2021, our EMIL e-letterbox will also be available as a wall-mounted version.
Less space and more cost-effective.
Installation must take place through a wall in an access-protected room, as the documents are dropped outside into a drop box provided.
